The Tentative fixture list for the 2009/10 Premier League season in England has been released earlier today with champions Manchester United handed a home tie against newly promoted Birmingham City from the weekend of August 15.
New Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti will begin his Premier League reign at home against Hull City that barely escaped relegation last season while Merseyside and North London will witness cross matches with Everton hosting Arsenal and Liverpool starting at home to Tottenham Hotspur.

Roger Federer on Sunday claimed the final addition to his glittering shelf of Grand Slam titles with a straight sets win over Robin Soderling of Sweden who had spared teh Swiss master the trouble of perhaps a fourth runners-up place behind Spaniard Rafael Nadal.

That has brought up arguments of Federer being the greatest ever player in tennis in almost all quarters; almost all as there are sections that still believe Federer doesn’t quite cut it.
Just days after paying £59m for the services of Kaka from AC Milan, Spanish giants Real Madrid went £21m higher to land long time target Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United for a world record £80m.
